This fun and challenging workshop will teach you how to approach a variety of arm balances with greater confidence. Arm balances are empowering postures from which we can learn a lot about how we approach fear on and off the mat. If you are already familiar with arm balances, this is a great opportunity to build and explore variations.
We will warm up with a short but vigorous vinyasa flow designed to prepare the body for different balances. We will explore different ways to access postures and transitions using bolsters, blocks or the wall. Come with a playful attitude and no expectations-- there is something for everyone!
