How do Guest Passes work?
As a SOL Monthly or Yearly member, you receive one guest pass per month. Ideally, these passes are for new students to SOL Yoga or students that haven’t been to SOL in over one year
To register a guest, click reserve then toggle to guest. Please enter your guest’s email. Arrive at least 10 minutes before class begins so your guest can complete their account set up
Can I purchase more than 1 email gift card?
Yes!
If you’d like to purchase multiple email gift cards, simply start a new transaction
Do email gift cards expire?
Email gift cards expire 12 months after purchase. Once redeemed, class passes and drop ins are valid for 12 months after purchase, and SOL Sound Bath passes are valid for 3 months after purchase
When will the recipient receive the gift card to their inbox?
Immediately after purchase!
An email with gift card details is sent to the recipient whose email is entered when the item is added to your cart (“Recipient’s Name” / “Recipient’s Email” )
I’d prefer to send this gift on a specific day. How do I set that up?
Enter your own email in “Recipient’s Email” when you are prompted to enter “Gift Card Details” before it is added to your cart. You will receive the gift card and details to your inbox so you may print or send this to gift at another time.
How do you redeem the gift card?
On the web: Navigate to "My Account" and select "Personal Information". Scroll to the bottom to click on "Redeem one here” and enter your gift card redemption code
On the SOL Yoga Mobile App: Click on the account icon at the bottom of the screen and choose "Payment Methods". Add your gift card redemption code
TERMS & CONDITIONS
GENERAL
All purchases of services (classes, workshops, events) are non-refundable
Purchases of products are only refundable in new and unused conditions up to 10 days after purchase
All students must have a unique online account associated with a unique email address. Friends and family members may not share the same email address
Every effort is made to hold class on time. The schedule is subject to change without prior notice. Please check the online schedule for the most up-to-date schedule. SOL Yoga Seattle is not liable to refund, transfer or offer compensation of any kind for classes that are late, changed or canceled for any reason
Please arrive at least ten minutes before class
Payment must be made upon booking. No students will be permitted to sign-up for a class, workshop, or event as unpaid unless it is a free or donation based class. Unpaid classes or membership payments will be back-charged
SOL Yoga Seattle is not responsible for the safekeeping of your personal belongings.
The front doors will be locked at the start of every class. For safety reasons, no one late for class is permitted entry and leaving class early is strongly discouraged
You agree that a qualified medical practitioner finds you to be in good physical health and physically able to perform all yoga classes and classes that incorporate high-intensity and high-impact training
It is the responsibility of the student to notify teachers of any previous injury, illness, or conditions that may impact their practice
Classes at SOL Yoga Seattle may be physically strenuous and you voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury, property loss or death
You will follow all instructions given to you by SOL Yoga teachers and you acknowledge that any failure to do so will be at your own risk and may cause injury
In attending classes at SOL Yoga Seattle, you agree that neither you, your heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against SOL Yoga Seattle or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise
SOL Yoga Seattle reserves the right to refuse entry
Prices may increase from time to time to reflect increases in cost and benefits
Terms, Conditions, and Fees are subject to change without prior notification
By booking into a class you automatically agree to the above terms & conditions
CLASS CANCELLATIONS & BOOKING ETIQUETTE
Class must be canceled at least 4 hours prior, via the website or app, otherwise it will be considered a late cancellation or no show and will result in the forfeit of the class. This applies to all Drop and 10 Class Pass pricing options
In the event that 1 year, SOL Monthly Members or New Student Special students have a late cancellation or no show to a full or waitlisted class, they will be charged a $5 per occurrence fee. We will only charge this fee if we are unable to fill the spot in a 100% full or waitlisted class. Our current class capacity is 55 people in SOL Up and 40 people in SOL Down.
Workshop and event cancellations must be made 12 hours prior to the start of the reserved workshop or event. If you do not attend or cancel within 12 hours of start time, you will be fully charged for the workshop and will not be able to use the credit for a future workshop
Please cancel if you are unable to attend a class or workshop to make your space available to others
CLASSES
Gear to bring: mat, towel, and water bottle. If you do not have a mat, we have a limited amount of yoga mats to lend you. You may fill your own water bottle for free from our filtered cooler
No shoes are allowed in the yoga studio space
Cell phones must be silenced in the yoga studio space
CLASESS PASSES
10 Class passes and Drop in Class passes apply to dock yoga, or in-studio classes and expire 12 months from purchase date
Class passes may be shared between students. The same expiration dates apply to shared packages.
NEW STUDENT SPECIAL
Our new student special is available to new students only, no matter how long it has been since you have been to a class at SOL Yoga Seattle. One special per student is permitted
All promotions are non-transferable and non-returnable and cannot be shared
SOL MONTHLY AND VIRTUAL MEMBERSHIP
The SOL Monthly Membership cannot be shared
You will be billed on the same day of each month; this amount will be automatically charged to your credit card associated with your account
You can update or change your credit card in your online account or in the studio
SOL Monthly Memberships can be frozen up to 3-months per calendar year (January-December) unless you have a note from a doctor. Your subsequent monthly auto-payment will shift forward by a commensurate number of calendar days. Pause requests must be made in writing by emailing hello@solyogaseattle.com. Please allow 48 hours to process the request
You can cancel your SOL Monthly Membership at any time with 30 days notice in writing by emailing hello@solyogaseattle.com. If you cancel, you may lose your existing rate. Please allow 48 hours to receive and process your cancellation request
If your monthly auto-payment fails for any reason, then your membership may be canceled and/or you may be assessed a fee
It is your responsibility to ensure there are sufficient funds available to cover the monthly auto-debit. Should a payment be declined for any reason, SOL Yoga Seattle reserves the right to process payment at any time to settle any debt owed
SOL Yoga Seattle is not responsible for additional bank fees that you may incur from your bank. Bank fees are under the terms and conditions of contractual agreements that lie between you and your bank
If auto-debit payments fail for 2 payments or more, SOL Yoga Seattle may cancel the membership and you will be ineligible to sign-up for an auto-renew membership in the future
All account debts must be settled before cancellation of membership can be finalized, this includes all late cancellation and no show fees incurred
We reserve the right to cancel memberships
SOL YEARLY MEMBERSHIP
1 Year Unlimited begins upon purchase or upon first visit after current pass expires and last for 12 months
1 Year Unlimited is non-refundable and it can not be extended, paused or cancelled
1 Year Unlimited includes 12 guest passes to be used 1 per month by new students to SOL Yoga only
EMAIL GIFT CARDS
Gift cards can be redeemed for classes, workshops, programs, account credit, and/or retail purchases. They are not redeemable for unlimited memberships
Gift cards can be purchased and sent electronically through our online store or in-studio
Gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash
