FAQ

  • Our two studio spaces are called SOL Up and SOL Down. To make it easy to know where to go, if a class takes place in SOL Up, you’ll see “Up” in the title, and if it’s in SOL Down, “Down” will be included. And seasonal classes that take place on the dock will be titled “Dock Yoga.”

  • Our studios are heated to 86 degrees and temperature may vary depending on the class volume.

    Remember to come prepared with a yoga towel and water bottle!

  • Bring your yoga mat, a yoga towel, and a water bottle!

    We do have a mats available to loan in case you ever forget one or are still in the process of finding a mat for your ongoing practice.

    Our studios are heated, so we strongly suggest you bring your own towel and water bottle, however these are available for purchase in SOL Up if needed.

  • As a SOL Monthly or Yearly member, you receive one guest pass per month. Ideally, these passes are for new students to SOL Yoga or students that haven’t been to SOL in over one year.

    To register a guest, click reserve then toggle to guest. Please enter your guest’s email. Arrive at least 10 minutes before class begins so your guest can complete their account set up.

  • Use the SOL App to cancel class reservations.

    View the schedule and select the class you are pre-registered for. In your reservation details, select '“Cancel Reservation” and confirm that you’d like to cancel. You may cancel any regularly scheduled class without penalty up to 4 hours before class time.

    We ask that you cancel reservations as soon as possible to make room for others to practice.

    Cancellations made within 4 hours of class time result in a loss of credit. No show reservations result in a loss of credit.

  • Gift cards for class passes expire 12 months after the first class pass use.

  • Immediately after purchase!

    An email with gift card details is sent to the recipient whose email is entered when the item is added to your cart (“Recipient’s Name” / “Recipient’s Email”).

  • Enter your own email in “Recipient’s Email” when you are prompted to enter “Gift Card Details” before it is added to your cart. You will receive the gift card and details to your inbox so you may print or send this gift at another time.

  • On the web: Navigate to "My Account" and select "Personal Information". Scroll to the bottom to click on "Redeem one here” and enter your gift card redemption code.

    On the SOL Yoga Mobile App:  Click on the account icon at the bottom of the screen and choose "Payment Methods". Add your gift card redemption code.
