Yvonne began teaching yoga in 2014 with a focus on building physical and emotional strength, and resilience for endurance athletes. Having started her own practice in 2004, Yvonne experienced the benefits of yoga for her own endurance racing performance, wellness and injury prevention, and began to teach basic principles of alignment to build the foundation for a safe and sound yoga practice that can be enjoyed for a lifetime.  Yvonne has since specialized in Vinyasa, Hatha and Restorative yoga. Her Vinyasa teaching style centers on uniquely themed and creative classes that are challenging, energizing, inspiring, and a little adventurous. She guides her students to safely reach their edge to evolve and feel their practice grow.  Her restorative classes are a blissful practice of relaxation and rest, with lots of props to reach ultimate comfort and effective passive opening in each asana.
