Experience new confidence, stability, and freedom in your practice with this all levels workshop led by Lisa Black.

Review and fine-tune healthy alignment and form of traditional asanas including how to adapt basic postures using modifications and props. After two years of practicing at home, we all could use a refresher course with the guidance of an experienced teacher. This workshop allows us the opportunity to pause and bring more awareness to healthy alignment and optimal movement. With Lisa’s skillful observations and her expertise with hands-on assisting, experience more strength and energy in the key postures of vinyasa so you can flow with more integrity, balance, and ease. All levels of experience are welcome and supported.

Lisa lives in Seattle with her two children and she enjoys playing tennis, hiking, biking and skiing.
