A Note from our Owners:
There was something magically serendipitous about the timing of Alison, the founder of SOL, and I meeting. It felt meant to be on so many levels. I was fortunate to be welcomed into the SOL family as a teacher at a time when I was feeling a deep need for a new yoga home. When I was looking for the next steps in my career and on my spiritual path, Allison was looking to devote more time to her family. With generosity and love we made a hand off.
My partner Greg and I had dreamed of owning a yoga studio since we met. When the opportunity to make SOL our own came along we leapt at the chance. We feel honored and humbled to live our dream come true, right here in our neighborhood, alongside dear friends in this beautiful spot.
